sweet tooth

this morning:
me: "what do you want for breakfast, o's and berries?"
zoe: "nope. just pie."

And I forgot to post a great one from about a month ago: Zoe was very upset about something, I don't remember what, I think she had bonked her head, and was crying/whining on her granny's shoulder and said mid-sob, out of the blue, "I need chocolate!"

Christmas on the floor everywhere!

Today Zoe saw the pine needles on the floor under the Christmas tree and said "oh no!" then ran out of the room. She came back with the broom and said, "there is Christmas on the floor everywhere!"

Christmas!

I love Christmas! There were presents, cinnamon rolls, hot chocolate, and my poppy built me a swingset in the backyard! It isn't quite done yet, but I got to swing on it for a little bit even though it was cold and muddy. The rain made our big big snowman look silly.
Merry Christmas everybody!

"mese"

Lately Zoe has begun saying "mese" instead of my.
For example, tonight after she finished her milk she put her sippy cup under her blanket to "sleep with cup." So I asked her to hand it over so I could wash it. After blowing me a goodnight kiss she said, "go downstairs and wash mese cup."
bossy little thing.

Congratulations GrandmaJo!

We've just come home from a big trip! We went to Denver where grandmajo married grandpajeff! It was pretty neat, but I wasn't really interested in the whole dinner ceremony thing, I wanted to hangout upstairs and watch spongebob. I also found my frog pajamas in the bag and demanded to wear them instead of the dress I was supposed to wear. And during the pictures I had a cheese stick in my mouth. But I did really enjoy the party afterward. I LOVE to play drums and to dance. Mommy didn't take very many pictures at the wedding...but here are a couple pictures and videos from the trip. We went to an art museum that was awesome and my new uncle Ellington and I played in a room full of words (that is him holding the Nepali word for "uncle"). The museum is also where the cowgirl picture came from (below).

And maybe some other people will send pictures and videos of the dancing and drumming at the wedding to my mommy??
ps i have no idea why some of these pictures are tiny.
