Family Vacation: Oh those Wildwood days!

This week we went to Wildwoon NJ, and it was a lot of fun, even though the weather was not perfect.

it got chilly, so daddy took his socks off to make me legwarmers.

when it rained too much to go out to the beach, I tried daddy's goggles on inside.

i really really loved the amusement park rides. the elephant one was my favorite.

I signed for "more" and "more" - I even started saying MORE with words to really get the point across. Mom and Dad were really proud of my new word, but we had to stop riding the elephant anyway.

we ate lots and lots of ice cream

then on the very last day, right before we were going to get in the car and drive home, the sun came out again and I got to play on the beach one more time.

Play Day at Port Discovery!

First time swimming!

Yesterday I spent the afternoon at the pool with my buddy Finn. He had to show me the ropes because it was my first time in a pool. It was so much fun!

New signs and favorite things

I have learned a couple new and helpful signs! When I am frustrated with something I am trying to do, I can ask for HELP, and if I get a booboo I can tell someone I am HURT so that I can get a kiss to make it better, and if I really want the music on so I can shake my goove thing I can sign DANCE.
I still like signing more than talking, but in addition to saying UP I also say NO and nonononono a lot. I can also say EYES and EAR. I also can say mama and dada, but I don't say them very much. And lately I have said something that mom says sounds like "ah nuts!"
