Dr. Daddy

This weekend my daddy became a doctor. I got to go across the stage too, but I was so tired from making momma chase me all around the reception area during the first two hours of the graduation that I slept through it. But then afterwards we had a really fun party in our backyard. It is so much fun to splash in ice water! Momma said I am just like my aunt Olivia.

BragFest (a guest post by mom)

Its braggariffic bloggariffic day! Zoe is experimenting with language more and more! Her first real real word is UP and she says it quite often. Usually sounds like Bup. or BupBupBup. Today she said EYES while pointing to hers, her granny's, and mine. Enough that it wasn't coincidence. Word #2! Sometimes she will say mom, mama or dadaada but not very consistently. Her signing communication has been great, fun and handy (pun intended)! With her hands she can say: milk, water, eat, more, all done, bread, banana, cheese, raisin, bath, puppy, cat, mouse, elephant, fish, baby, sleep, please...i think that's it. oh, hat. and yummy.
